The goal of our Performance Training Program is to create a well-rounded, full body workout to help improve your overall athleticism and enhance your ability to play volleyball. This program is designed to deliver a challenging workout that is organized, progressive and challenging. The focus is primarily on linear speed and multi-directional skill development. The Performance Training Programs are built to be sport relevant with medicine ball strengthening, body-weight resisted power development, energy system development, and speed ratios that apply directly to the demands of volleyball.

Itsy Bitsy Spikers Program
The Itsy Bitsy Spikers program at Tejas is the ideal program for the beginner volleyball player. It was designed to introduce the fundamental volleyball skills to any athlete between the ages of 6-12.

Girls & Boys Pre-Club!!
Dont miss the 2015 sessions of our Pre-Club program. This program has become one of the most successful youth volleyball programs in North Texas. It is designed to be competitive and transition players to the next level of Club or school teams. We stress the fundamentals of volleyball while incorporating them into game situations.
With boys volleyball growing in North Texas, USA Volleyball has provided us with a grant. These funds are to help cover the cost of boys playing in our youth programs. The goal is to have boys volleyball develop into a mainstream sport in our area and across the nation. The price of $150 is possibly for this session only. Future pricing is dependent upon additional funding opportunities.
Ages 8-13 (may vary depending on experience)
Level of Play Intermediate (Should have already been to Itsy Bitsy Spikers or had some type of Rec experience)
PRACTICES: Mondays & Wednesdays from 4:30-6:00pm
January 4-February 10
GAMES: Fridays 5:00-7:00
