Tejas Volleyball

This camp is for all girls planning on trying out for the 9th, JV, and Varsity teams. Your team has a unique opportunity to train together prior to the 2008 season under the direction of Tejas Volleyball Club staff. The Tejas coaches will be on hand to guide your team through tactics, techniques and finer points of the game to put you a step ahead of your opponents. Don't miss this opportunity to get your team together for valuable pre-season practice sessions. Schedule for Mon-Wed will be: 10am-12pm skill work, 12pm-1pm lunch, and 1pm-3pm competition. Congratulations to Tejas 15 Kaepa for receiving a National bid to play in the 2008 USA Junior Olympic Volleyball Championships in Dallas, Texas. Competing in Nationals was a perfect ending to an excellent season. 15 Kaepa was consistently ranked as one of the top teams in our region throughout the 2007-2008 club season.

Congratulations to the Tejas 18 Boys team for placing 17th in the Open division of the Junior Olympics (out of 36 teams). This is the first year Tejas has had a boys program and they competed against the nation's top teams. Congratulations for such a successful season and all of the hard work and success!
