The Itsy Bitsy Spikers Program is designed specifically for the BEGINNER volleyball player. In this program we teach the basic fundamentals of volleyball in a positive environment. Participants will learn the basic fundamentals of passing, setting, serving, and hitting. Most participants in this program are between the ages of 8-12, but is more dependent on your volleyball experience.
