This will be Kim Sorensen's 4th season with Tejas Volleyball. Kim played volleyball at Provo High School in Provo, Utah. As an outside hitter, she led her team to a state championship her senior year. While in high school she also played club volleyball for Utah Juniors and Players winning a National Championship her senior year. After high school Kim received a scholarship to play outside hitter at Brigham Young University (BYU) where she was consistently an All-Conference Player (2002-2006). Kim is IMPACT certified and is well versed in the Gold Medal Squared System. Kim is married to former BYU Men's Volleyball standout player and Tejas coach, Trent Sorensen. She has coached club at all levels (12's-17's) for Club Utah and Players and has worked several camps at BYU. At Tejas she has coached our 15's and 17's teams.
